Rejoice and let there be music. The shows must go on. With the easing of pandemic restrictions, we saw a strong return of music festivals not only in the United States but all over the world. According to the analytics data from viberate, festival attendance in general were on track to return to pre-pandemic levels with the top festivals expecting to grow.
Electronic music acts are the most booked in festivals with Timmy Trumpet, Martin Garrix, Alan Walker, Steve Aoki, DJ Snake and Alesso topping the list. The #1 ranked performing Electronic music festival goes to Tomorrowland Belguim, with Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival Miami rounding out the top 3.
Lollapalooza Chicago is the #1 ranked Pop music festival with Coachella, Austin City Limits, Summerfest, and iHeartRadio Music Festival closing out the top 5 spots in the Pop category.
Other notable mentions for festivals with high attendance numbers goes out to New Orleans Jazz Festival, Primavera Sound, Sziget Festival, Hellfest, Montreux Jazz Festival, and Outside Lands. Smaller festivals such as When We Were Young saw success, quickly selling out original and added festival dates.
A Tribute to Warped Tour

Four years has past since the official end of Warped Tour and as summer approaches each new year, the memories start to fade but hope still lingers for a return of the greatest traveling festival of all time.
Those who were fortunate enough to attend got to experience the wonderfully orchestrated chaos that was: The Vans Warped Tour - a hybrid festival of performing arts and extreme sports with truly something for everyone. Alongside the music performances were comedy acts, art displays, skateboarding, BMX, and motocross exhibitions, food and merchandise vendors, band meet and greets, and so much more. The tour started in the United States and expanded with limited dates to other countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Japan, Mexico, and Australia.
Thank you to all those who made this happen year after year. Everyone from the bands, athletes, artists, and comics to the devoted fans deserve credit for keeping the show going for 25 awesome years. Special shout out to all the roadies, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers for working hard behind the scenes to make all the magic happen and a very special thanks to Kevin Lyman, Founder of Warped Tour and the mastermind behind it all. From the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely appreciate you!
